Well, in our school district this year we all had Smart Boards installed! I am so excited about the possibilites - yet overwhelmed at the same time! I know that I can use software I already have - such as Earobics and my Super Duper Language CD's with the Smartboard. How great is this going to be to be able to get the kids up and moving and interacting with the program! This will be much more sitmulating than sitting at the computer! I do not kow how to create my own therapy materials yet - and can't wait to figure that out! A teacher friend of mine said that you can have kids record thier voices and play them back! Artic therapy here we come! Place pictures in the program, have the kids go up and record themselves naming the picture, putting the word in sentences, etc. I have no idea how to do this but I will find out!
So, how about it - anyone out there have great websites to use with Smart Boards or other Smart Board lesson plan ideas to share? Let's chat!
